17 Korean national softball teams will be training in Japan from the 20th to March 9th.

For professional defense training, former Japanese national softball team coach Rei Nishiyama is invited.

Coach Nishiyama served as a shortstop for Japan’s national softball team for 12 years, winning gold medals while playing for the Japanese national team at the 2008 Beijing Olympics, 2006 Doha, 2010 Guangzhou, and 2014 Incheon Asian Games.

“The goal of our national softball team is to win a bronze medal at the Asian Games in Hangzhou this year,” said Noh Jong-woo, head coach of the national softball team.
