Peddie, whose 11 strikeouts he recorded twice this season was the previous record for one game, surpassed his record by one.

Peddy, who is ranked first in strikeouts in the league over Ahn Woo-jin (Kiwoom Heroes, 164 strikeouts), who ended the season due to elbow surgery, has set out to solidify first place in the league in this category with 181 strikeouts.

On this day, Peddy gave up a single to Park Gye-beom after one out in the third inning and a walk to Kim Jae-ho at first and second bases with two outs, leaving the bases loaded.

Here, he struck out Yang Seok-hwan and then went on a streak of striking out 6 batters in a row, including the second batter, Park Gye-beom, in the 5th inning.

In the 6th inning, Peddie struck out Soo-bin Jeong and Jae-ho Kim and finished his job after striking out Seok-hwan Yang with a straight hit to shortstop.

12 strikeouts in one game is a KBO league record this season, and Ahn Woo-jin achieved it twice this season.

Peddie handed the mound to Kim Young-gyu at the start of the 7th inning with a 2-0 lead.
