Sarich leaves Suwon, ends the second season of Suwon due to the expiration of the contract… Sarajevo transfer rumors

Midfielder Elvis Saric, who has been on the K-League stage for three seasons, is leaving Suwon Samsung.

Sarich, who played in Suwon in the 2018 and 2019 seasons, returned to the 2022 season after experiencing the overseas stage. During the 1st season of Suwon, Saric played 30 K-League games, scoring 4 points and making 8 assists.

Although his active period itself was not long, he was a player who received a lot of support from Suwon fans. While playing for Suwon, he also played for Bosnia and Herzegovina’s national team. 스포츠토토

After leaving Suwon, Sarić continued his playing career with Al Ahli in Saudi Arabia and HNK Gorica in Croatia. He was a regular starter for Al Ahly, but he didn’t perform as well as expected in Europe.

Meanwhile, Sarich, who was called by Suwon, decided to transfer ahead of the 2022 season. He returned to Suwon and recorded 3 goals and 2 assists (including PO) in 30 K-League games while spending the second season in Suwon.

Now, Saric is leaving the team after completing a one-year contract. Currently, Croatian media are reporting that Sarić is likely to move to first division club FK Sarajevo in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
